  4. Dear Zoe,
According to your problem, I recommend you to hang out with your friends and meet new people instead of being all day feeling miserable. If you start going out and getting on new things, you will recover your appetite and as a consequence of this, you will not have headache neither stomach ache when you get up in the morning. Actually, if you feel better with yourself, everyone near you will feel better, too.
I wish I have helped you.

  5. Answering your comment Jaime I think the best thing you can do is have a schedule and make the most of your spare time. If doing this you still haven't got enough time left to do everything I’d prioritize if I were you.
In an extreme case, one thing you could do is reduce the hours you give to football.
One thing that’s non- negotiable is sleeping hours. You need to rest if not your body and mind will suffer the consequences. In addition, there's is nothing wrong with being nervous the night before an important event such as an exam or a match, but getting too nervous will only effect you more than if you didn’t. Trust you abilities and be more confident.

  6. Zoe, you should search a distraction and disconnect about your ex-boyfriend's life. You should go to a campus where you can make new friend and you shouldn't think about your history with that boy. This is the past and you have to understand it and follow with your life. I hope my advices help you, and you can be happy and enjoy your life. Kisses

  7. Dear Jamie,
I know being a teenager is not easy and everything right now seems very stressful but you can get through it. First, to get things done, you have to think about all you want to do. Then, you have to think what's more important and do everything calmed and good. Before an important situation you have to breathe slowly, in and out. For a better solution, put some relaxing music on and think everything's going to be alright. I hope I helped you and breathe slowly whenever you feel anxious, that'd make you feel better.

  9. Hello Zoe, I read your letter about your problem. The best thing you can do to deal with it is to try to speak with your exboyfriend and talk about it. You will see that it's not as important as you think. Also, you can try to find activities that you like. If you have any other problem, contact me again.

  10. I really understand your situation, but you should think that if you studied, you would pass the exam. As well as if you trained for an importatnt match you would win it. Although you can fail an exam or have a bad day in a match, if you work hard, the global result will be good for you. Don't worry, becasue you will find the way to deal with it.

It's an usual problem that people of your age normally have, because the fact of wanting to overcome stress makes this kind of things happen. My advice is that before you go to sleep, you should take an infusion and try not to think about the next day because you have a match or an exam. You need to think about other things like going to sleep because tomorrow you won't use the 100% of your capacities if you don't sleep enough. And now stay calm, everything's gonna be alright if you study or practice more. You only need to believe in yourself.
I hope my advice helped you Jamie.

  14. Hi Zoe! I have read your message and I think if you still feel miserable is because you have not exceeded your break. In any case, what you need is to do funny things, relax, concentrate on exams and go out too. Especially not think in your boyfriend and if you want to be with your friends, promise them you will not talk more about your break and spend many great moments with them. Good luck!!

  15. Dear Zoe,
According to your problem, you should do several activities in order to disconnect from your problems, as meet your friends, do exercices to relax and not think about that, focus on your studies..whatever. If the probem gets worst, you can also talk with a professional person who can help you objectively and give you tools to figure it out. Being a teenager it's not easy, but with self-steem and actitud I'm sure you will get over it.

  18. Jamie, If you can’t fall asleep at night frequently, you can drink a camomile every day before going to asleep, I think that is a good form to help you in your problem, because it is easy, and it is healthy and don’t injure your health. You should be a time before asleep without do anything, because that things exiting you. For example, you can keep far mobiles and computers at the time that you go to asleep.

  19. Dear Jamie, I understand the pressure you are feeling because you want to be the best of you in sports but in school too. If you slept better, you would improve in both aspects: school and sports. There's something you can do to sleep better at night, which is really important. You can tell your parents and they can take you to the doctor, you can establish a regular bedtime routine and stick to it even on weekends, yo can try and keep a diary where you can write everything that comes to your mind and then it won't show when you are trying to sleep, or you can try relaxation techniques, try to listen to calm music to help you sleep faster...
I hope my advice will make you sleep better!

  23. Dear Jamie,
I have to say that your problem is very common and you should do a couple of things that would help you.
First of all is to trust yourself, anything is impossible and a lot of people has been in your situation and they have solved it.
Another point is to think that exams are important but your health is the first, you have to sleep with the help of pills or maybe with something relaxing like music. Remember that because if you don't sleep exams or matches could go very bad.
Finally, if you can't do anything of the above, you should stop and breathe when you are stressed and think that you're going to make it.

  24. Dear Jamie,

My advice to you is to start deciding what your priorities are. You should have to give something up if you want to stay sane, such as organizing your exams as much as possible ahead of time in order to attend the training sessions.
Breathing techniques can also help you feel better, for example yoga, it has been used for thousands of years to help people relax.

I hope this will help you.

  25. Hello Jamie, I would recommend you to have a good schedule so you could have enough time to do everything you need. Being organized and responsible will help you with studies and sport and you will also feel relaxed.
If you are able to make a good planning, you will have time to enjoy yourself so you will be happier than now, which can make you get high marks and be great at sports. In addition, you won't be stressed anymore and you will sleep perfectly.

  26. Hi Zoe ! If you want to be happy again, the first thing you should do it's forget the past, and you must concentrate in your new life too. I know that it's difficult, but you must have willpower to do it. For that, you can go to a specialist like a psychologist, you can talk with him, and he will listen to you and he will know more solutions for your trouble. I hope that my advice serves you.

  27. Dear Zoe,
I think what you really need is a few days away from all that makes you feel so bad and miserable, and relax yourself. You need time to yourself. About your exboyfriend, time heals everything, so don't worry about it beacuse you'll go slowly feeling better, otherwise, the best is going to talk with him to fix things. If your friends are really tired of listening to you, they are not good friends, so I recommend you a change of air and meet new people.
The best solution of all is to find an activity, such as dancing, that makes you disconnect from everything.

  28. You should relax yourself and plan your days so that you can have some time for you to have a breath. If you stress yourself or put very nervous before an exam, you should study days before, and the day before the exam or any sport competition, go early to sleep. If you have stomach hache o head hache, you could or either have some vitamins during months, or as I said before, go early to sleep.
I hope this can help you, and good luck in your exams!!

  31. Dear Zoe, I understand what you're going through, and all I can say is this: try to talk to him, so you'll stay calm and you can focus only with exams. Another option, not as recommended, is to look other ways to focus for yourself, but I see it unlikely.

  32. Dear Jamie,
It's completely normally feel stressed when you are trying to get high marks or doing well on sports, especially in your age. It shows that you are interesting on being well-succeed. Nevertheless, if you can't fall asleep at night there are some advice that you should take: beside your physical activity find other hobbies that bring you joy when you are stressed so you can forget all your problems or talk to your friends they may be able to help you find new ways to manage stress.
Therefore, don't take the things too seriously and take a nap!!

I think the best you can do is try to relax and decide what your priorities are. You can't do everything perfectly, so you have to decide when is more important one than other. For your sleep problems, I recommend that you drink some milk before you go to sleep. You can also try some infusions, I'm sure that will work.

  36. Dear Zoe,
I recomend you to relax a bit and do exercise in the open air but taking into account your limitations and physical state,do exercise improves the physical and psychic state. Also you would have to eat in a healthy way although you aren’t hungry and avoid excitant substances, and last share your emotions with any next person and sleep well.

  37. Dear James,
according to your problem after reading your entire message, your main problem it's the insomnia that's caused as a result of your nervosity. Furthermore this nervosity it's caused by your way of thinking and focusing your personal problems such as an important match or important exam that you have to do.
After this revision of the problem that you have i consider recommend you to do some relaxing exercices before going to sleep and keep your self-confidence up as well as your performance.

  38. Hi Zoe! After separation is normal to feel bad and depressed. But right now what you need to do is move forward, you need to eat healthy and take care. Make sport to wind down a bit and dress up to see more cute. You should feel beautiful again, that your ex-boyfriend see what you missed. So here Zoe lot of spirit and you'll see that very soon the sun will rise again. Many kisses

  39. Dear Jaime, I have just read your article and I understand your problem and what you think about it.
You should study as hard you can but it's good to disconnect about the study and the better way to do this is practising and esport, more better if you like the esport that you practise.
On large, you will see the results about the notes and the esport, but belive me when I say that doing well at sport, as the best one, and get high marks it's very difficult, a little bit persons can do this.
In my opinion you have to be very happy with your life and it doesn't matter if you can't get high marks because marks are not in this life, are things more important in life that get a 9 or 10, and a lot of things can get feel you happy.

  40. Dear Zoe,
I have read your e-mail and you brough me memories from my childhood. Zoe, I'm sure you are a awesome girl. You should not feel miserable. There is plenty of fish in the sea you should not be worried about your friends.
Friends are very important for everybody; because they listen to you, they understand you, and most of all, because they don't want you to be sad.
I bet you are still chewing your mind thinking about your ex, that makes you feel miserable and your friends know it. So they will avoid a conversation about your ex only to make you feel better. Believe me, your friends love you.

    Cheers
