Answering your comment Jaime I think the best thing you can do is have a schedule and make the most of your spare time. If doing this you still haven't got enough time left to do everything I’d prioritize if I were you. In an extreme case, one thing you could do is reduce the hours you give to football. One thing that’s non- negotiable is sleeping hours. You need to rest if not your body and mind will suffer the consequences. In addition, there's is nothing wrong with being nervous the night before an important event such as an exam or a match, but getting too nervous will only effect you more than if you didn’t. Trust you abilities and be more confident.
Zoe, you should search a distraction and disconnect about your ex-boyfriend's life. You should go to a campus where you can make new friend and you shouldn't think about your history with that boy. Jamie, If you can’t fall asleep at night frequently, you can drink a camomile every day before going to asleep, I think that is a good form to help you in your problem, because it is easy, and it is healthy and don’t injure your health. You should study as hard you can but it's good to disconnect about the study and the better way to do this is practising and esport, more better if you like the esport that you practise. On large, you will see the results about the notes and the esport, but belive me when I say that doing well at sport, as the best one, and get high marks it's very difficult, a little bit persons can do this. ReplyDeleteYou should study as hard you can but it's good to disconnect about the study and the better way to do this is practising and esport, more better if you like the esport that you practise.
On large, you will see the results about the notes and the esport, but belive me when I say that doing well at sport, as the best one, and get high marks it's very difficult, a little bit persons can do this.
In my opinion you have to be very happy with your life and it doesn't matter if you can't get high marks because marks are not in this life, are things more important in life that get a 9 or 10, and a lot of things can get feel you happy.

ReplyDeleteI have read your e-mail and you brough me memories from my childhood. Zoe, I'm sure you are a awesome girl. You should not feel miserable. There is plenty of fish in the sea you should not be worried about your friends.
Friends are very important for everybody; because they listen to you, they understand you, and most of all, because they don't want you to be sad.
I bet you are still chewing your mind thinking about your ex, that makes you feel miserable and your friends know it. So they will avoid a conversation about your ex only to make you feel better. Believe me, your friends love you.
