The sun is good to our teeth because the vitamin D and the calcium are essential for them, and our body made it through casual and minimal sun exposure. It means that people should sunbath between 15 and 20 minutes twice a week, but using sunscreen and it's not necessary to expose the whole body to the sun, the face, arms, hands or back is usually sufficient. If you can't do it you can eat food which provides vitamin D.

  28. Unlike people often say, sunshine is good for us and could become a prevention for our healthy.
As we have read, numerous studies have indicate vitamin D and calcium are essencial for our teeth. Obviously this is good for bones, because a lot of periodontal diseases can appear in the long term. As same as bones, teeth suffer the consequences of the vitamin D deficiency: we could lose our teeth because of the inflamations and infections we can contract.

We only have to waste 10 minutes of our time twice a week to get sunshine enought. Of course, we can get vitamin D from food, but this is a good way to do it too.
A perfect teeth and health are always welcome, and we are going to thanks for that in the future.
